This is depressing.

Authorities suspect that a family law attorney practicing in suburban Denver was murdered, and her body was found by cleaning staff in her office building.

The police are offering a reward….

The police believe they have a clue as to who might have killed Denver lawyer Claudia Miller. From the Denver Post:

Surveillance photos from a Walmart and a King Soopers could lead investigators to the person responsible for killing 66-year-old family law attorney Claudia D. Miller in her office in Lakewood…

Detectives have a major clue: A man using Miller’s credit card was caught on surveillance tapes at the Walmart at East 36th Avenue and Quebec Street, as well as a King Soopers at East 28th Avenue and Quebec.

The police don’t suspect a motive, and they’re offering a $2,000 reward for information that leads to the capture of the man on surveillance.
