I find it unbelievable that it took a lawsuit for ExamSoft to do what is clearly the right thing, which is provide recompense for law graduates who unfortunately relied upon their product. Like everyone else, I hope this provides a lesson to the company, not only about their technology and trouble-shooting, but about what it means to express appropriate contrition and to do the right thing.
