Women Without Support Networks Will Likely Leave Their Law Firms

Women in the legal profession must help other women so they can survive in Biglaw -- and thrive.

lawyer woman sadTo me, as a female associate at a large law firm, the solution is simple: women need to help other women. If you know another woman has your back, you stay. If you don’t have that support, you leave. Also, giving back to other women when you can is important.
