The Exact Email You Want To Receive Before The Long Weekend

I know everyone is happy that this is not my July 4th email (that is coming
later) or a reminder to get time in by today’s deadline (but PLEASE be sure
you do).
Our primary goal as a firm is to provide our clients with the highest
quality work and best service possible. And although we have always
believed that there is a great deal more to hiring and retaining our top
talent than compensation, including interesting work, a collegial
environment, early client responsibility and extensive professional
development, we are also very aware of our markets and want to ensure that
we remain competitive.
To that end, effective July 1, base associate compensation will be as
follows:
NYO/WO/TX/SAC — Entry level $180,000 with upward adjustments made to all level ranges and the upper end of the range for Level 3 associates rising
to $315,000
ATLANTA — Entry level $155,000 with upward adjustments made to all level
ranges and the upper end of the range for Level 3 associates rising to
$240,000

You will receive an email in late-July to confirm your salary, and
increases will be reflected in end of July paychecks retroactive to July 1.
