We were blown away by the both quantity and quality of submissions to our inaugural alt.legal Innovation Awards. The Innovation Awards are intended to recognize companies developing innovative products or services that are shaking up the legal marketplace. We asked companies to tell us their stories: Why are they awesome? What legal industry problems are they seeking to solve? What solutions are they developing?
We ran the entries by our phenomenal panel of judges, all whom are true industry experts with deep experience in all aspect of alternative legal companies operations including technology, sales, operations, and media relations.
There were no easy decisions, although based on the judges’ votes, 2 finalists were identified in seven categories. (There was a tie in the Transactional category, hence we have 3 finalists there.) Congratulations to these companies:
