— Senator Mike Lee (R-UT), suggesting former Supreme Court nominee Judge Merrick Garland as a replacement for former FBI director James Comey in the language President Donald Trump is perhaps most fluent: Tweet. In an appearance on Fox News, Lee bolstered his point, stating Garland is “someone who has a lot of bonafides as a prosecutor, he’s a prosecutor’s prosecutor, and he’s someone who’s got likely allies as a potential FBI director nominee in both political parties.”
