David Perla
David Perla is a co-founder and managing director of 1991 Group. He most recently served as president of Bloomberg BNA Legal Division/Bloomberg Law, where he oversaw all of Bloomberg BNA’s legal and related products, including its flagship Bloomberg Law platform.
