Lawyerly Lairs: A Partner Sells in Brooklyn

A partner at a major law firm has put his Brooklyn Heights townhouse on the market for $10 million. Who is he? And, more importantly, what does his house look like?

It’s a wonderful kitchen, a perfect combination of the old and new. Note the nice tiling on the backsplash, and a powerful stove for a powerful lawyer:

And miles and miles of immaculate cabinetry:

You can argue about which firm has the more distinguished partnership, Cravath or Simpson. But Simpson partners clearly have superior kitchens. Compare the beautiful space depicted above to this dump, which looks like it belongs in an Arizona McMansion facing foreclosure.
