Well, of course there was going to be at least one 1-seed bounced when Cornell was sitting on the top line. At this time, it’s unknown whether or not Liberty will be sending out a press release celebrating that it unseated Cornell.
It looks like Lat’s bid that voters would be contrarian and advance Yale in a competition to find the worst law school in the country deflated like a Dayton opponent. Likewise, my UCLA pick — predicated solely on the stories of a hostile racial environment — failed to sway you voters to loft the school over Southwestern. Racists.
Across 16 match-ups, underdogs prevailed five times. Good for them. Except how did Western New England escape this poll so early? I suspect a lot of voters just felt bad that I was capping on the school so hard. Well, too bad, it’ll still live on as the name of a whole region.
