Phase: InvestigationChimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of individuals who recently took the bar exam and paid additional fees to use the ExamSoft software during the July 2014 exam. It has been alleged that during the July 2014 bar exam, ExamSoft experienced massive and widespread technical difficulties that prevented ExamSoft users from uploading their completed bar exams from the ExamSoft software to the state bar examiner servers. It has been further alleged that ExamSoft has not offered refunds to users who experienced technical issues when uploading their exams.
