But it’s safe to say that their unit, apartment 11B, boasts 3,000 square feet of living space and is worth more than $6 million. If you look at other listings at 322 Central Park West, you’ll see that apartment 6B sold for $6,075,000 last March, and apartment 15B was listed for $6,295,000 back in 2012.
