To All Associates and Summer Associates,
How LexisNexis State Net Uses Gen AI To Tame Gov’t Data
Its new features transform how you can track and analyze the more than 200,000 bills, regulations, and other measures set to be introduced this year.
Our goal always is to provide market compensation that attracts and retains the talent our clients expect and deserve. Consistent with that goal, we have tracked the increases in Associate salaries over the last two weeks and determined it is in the best interests of the Firm and our clients to adopt the salary increases.
Beginning with the July 11-24, 2016 payroll period, paid on July 29, 2016, Associate salaries will increase as follows:

| Managing Associate 3 | $250,000 | $280,000 | $30,000 |
| Counsel 1 | $265,000 | $300,000 | $35,000 |
| Counsel 2 | $280,000 | $315,000 | $35,000 |
The new salaries will apply to all U.S. Associates (A1-C2) as well as overseas Associates on the U.S. Partnership track.
