  • Alabama (down by 1.6 percentage points from July 2015)

  • Connecticut (down by 6 percentage points from July 2015)
  • Florida (down by 6.2 percentage points from July 2015)

  • Iowa (down by 17 percentage points from July 2015)
  • Kentucky (down by 6 percentage points from July 2015)

Sixteen states do not have enough data published online to make a determination as to whether their passage rates declined between the past two administrations of the exam:

  • Arkansas (not enough data to determine)
  • Delaware (not enough data to determine)
  • Hawaii (not enough data to determine)
  • Illinois (not enough data to determine)
  • Kansas (not enough data to determine)
  • Maine (not enough data to determine)
  • Michigan (not enough data to determine)
