Can This Biglaw Partner Be The ‘Voice Of Reason’ In Trump’s White House?

Let's hope so...

Reince is a good man and a very reasonable person. He doesn’t fit the mold of a lot of the other people Trump is picking. I really pray that this brings a voice of reason to the White House and the cabinet.

Andrew Moss, a plaintiffs’ lawyer at Kutner Rubinoff & Moss, offering remarks on his classmate from Miami Law, Reince Priebus, the Chairman of the Republican National Committee who was recently chosen as President-elect Donald Trump’s chief of staff. Priebus has been on leave from Michael Best & Friedrich, an Am Law 200 firm, since he first took up his duties with the RNC in 2011.

Solo practitioner Al Isani, another of Priebus’s classmates, had this to say: “For all those people out there who have fears about a Trump presidency—of whom there are many—if they knew Reince Priebus as I do, I think they would be somewhat comforted. He’s a voice of reason and he will try and keep things on an even keel. The way you see him on TV is how he was—always smiling and even-tempered. I don’t have anything bad to say about him. How often can you say that about a fellow lawyer?”
