Grant Griffith Sarbinoff
A Miami Beach attorney, Grant Griffith Sarbinoff, was arrested earlier this week on charges related to stalking and cyberstalking an ex-girlfriend for a period of seven months — nearly every day — after they broke up. According to a statement from the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, police department, and the Miami Electronic Crimes Task Force, Sarbinoff repeatedly called the victim, as well as her friends, family, and colleagues and left insulting messages.
The allegations against Sarbinoff also include cyberstalking, as reported by Law.com:

Officials said that Sarbinoff stalked and cyberstalked the victim by allegedly accessing a variety of computer services, including her FPL account, and impersonating her to shut off her power. Multiple charges were made to her credit card for things she didn’t purchase and a GPS tracking device was attached to her car.
Ride-share records showed Sarbinoff was dropped off by the victim’s home late at night more than 20 times after they broke up. Her current boyfriend also allegedly received harassing calls and text messages and attempts were made to access his various online accounts, law enforcement said.
He has been charged with a variety of felony and misdemeanor charges, multiple counts of unauthorized access to a protected computer system, and one count of stalking, identity theft, identity theft with 20 or more victims, unlawful installation of a GPS tracking device, harassing phone calls, and unlawful use of a communications device.
