Law School Does Away With Out-Of-State Tuition, Watches Applications Pile Up

How would application numbers change if your law school got rid of out-of-state tuition?

With the elimination of out-of-state tuition, our purpose is to broaden an already attractive option for a number of people out of state, especially for out-of-state residents interested in getting work in the Chicago legal community.

Cordes says that since the tuition announcement was made, applications from out-of-state residents have gone up by 49 percent.
