Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Attention, all RBG fans! Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg appeared during a segment on the Late Show last night to “get stupid strong” with Stephen Colbert. Donning a “Super Diva” sweatshirt, the 85-year-old justice and her trainer, Bryant Johnson, showed the TV show host how to do her signature workout routine. From appearing disgusted by Colbert’s choice of workout music to doing push-ups properly while Colbert is chastised for doing them on his knees, Justice Ginsburg — who can do planks like no one’s business — is absolutely notorious in the gym. At one point, Colbert flexes his muscles, wondering, “How strong are you on the Second Amendment? Because welcome to the gun show!” while Justice Ginsburg giggles politely.
Do you dare to complete the Ruth Bader Ginsburg workout? You can order a copy of the book — “The RBG Workout: How She Stays Strong … and You Can Too!” — here (affiliate link). Best of luck! In the meantime, check out the video below to see how Colbert is barely able to keep up with Justice Ginsburg’s workout regimen.
