Magic Circle Firm Gets On Board With The New Associate Compensation Scale

Congrats on the raises!

Magic Circle firm Linklaters has announced to U.S. associates that they’ll be seeing salary bumps and special summer bonuses just like the rest of their Biglaw peers. The firm sent out an email letting associates know that market raises and bonuses were on the way, though they opted not to reveal a specific scale.

The firm has decided to communicate the specifics of the salary increases and bonus amounts directly to associates. Most folks haven’t yet received their new salary info from the powers that be, but they expect a full match. And bonuses will be given to all associates in good standing, with no specific hours requirement attached.
