— Judge Dabney Friedrich of the District Court for the District of Columbia, in today’s opinion, upholding special counsel Robert Mueller’s appointment and constitutional authority in the case against Russian social media propagandists Concord Management and Consulting. Earlier this summer, President Trump tweeted that Mueller’s appointment was “totally UNCONSTITUTIONAL.”
