Stanford Law School Pulls Down Largest Ever Alumni Donation Of $25 Million

The law school is using the generous gift to fund a global law program.

We are profoundly grateful for the extraordinary investment, which will allow us to permanently transform the educational experience at Stanford Law School. As a result of this visionary gift, our graduates will have an educational experience that reflects the global world we live in, and they will be ready to lead in an increasingly complex and borderless world.

Franke Global Law Program, which will allow law students to study business in Asian markets for an entire term culminating with a two-to-three week faculty-led trip to get a first-hand perspective on international business transactions.
