An Open Letter To Ruth Bader Ginsburg's Clerks: YOU HAD ONE JOB

'You muthaf**kas are slipping!'

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Last week, two days after Democrats lost the Senate in the midterm elections, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 85, the self-proclaimed flaming feminist who leads the Supreme Court’s liberal wing, was hospitalized after fracturing three ribs in her chambers. Ginsburg’s fans were quick to offer up their own ribs (and other organs) to ensure that she remain healthy and well. Late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel even proposed that we outfit the Notorious RBG with a “Gins-bubble” in an effort to protect our national judicial treasure at all costs.

Thankfully, Ginsburg was “doing great” and back to work quickly after her injury, but we need to keep it that way. Sean Carter, Above the Law’s own legal ethicist, knows exactly who should be taking care of RBG — her clerks — and they better shape up.

Here’s his hilarious open letter to Ginsburg’s clerks. With 36,000 shares and 50,000 reactions on Facebook, it’s gone viral across the legal community and beyond.

Everyone is relying on you to keep Justice Ginsburg safe. Don’t let us down!

P.S. We don’t need to dox RBG’s clerks. We already know everything about them.
