First Year $180,000

Third Year $200,000
Fourth Year $210,000
Fifth Year $225,000
Filevine’s New Legal AI Platform LOIS Turns AI Into A True Legal Coworker
Legal work isn’t slowing down, and the firms that win won’t be the ones working harder — they’ll be the ones working smarter.
Sixth Year $240,000
Please note that your first check including this raise will be distributed on December 14th.
The partners are committed to maintaining excellence in our work product, outstanding service to our clients, firm collegiality and a balanced life style. These values have made Knobbe Martens the pre-eminent intellectual property firm in the country. We are pleased to adopt the above structure without increasing the number of hours required of our associates. Our quota will remain at 1,750 hours per year, which may be reduced by application of your quota credit days. We are confident that the new structure will contribute to our continued success at attracting and retaining the best associates. If you have questions regarding the new salary or existing bonus structure please contact me, your partner mentor, or any member of the Mentor Committee.
Thank you for your continued hard work and dedication to our clients and the firm.
