Associate Bonuses You're Sure To Love

More good bonus news for associates.

Ho! Ho! Ho! HoLove has come through with their associate bonuses!

That’s right, yesterday the Biglaw firm of Hogan Lovells announced their end-of-year bonus schedule. While it doesn’t represent much of a surprise — it’s a straight match of the bonus scale set by Cravath last month — it’s still sure to bring smiles to the faces of associates.

For those who have somehow forgotten those magic numbers, here they are.

HoLove associates will be eligible for these bonuses when they hit a minimum of 2,000 hours (this can include unlimited pro bono hours once a 1,850 billable hour threshold is met). The firm will also bump up bonuses for associates who made “outstanding contributions significantly in excess of expectations.” And those who fell below the hours requirement will have individual bonuses communicated directly to them.
