When you imagine what it takes to actually keep up with a Kardashian, did you ever think that would entail following along with a 1L curriculum? Yeah, I didn’t either, but here we are.
The last we heard of Kim Kardashian’s quest to be a lawyer, she was doing a criminal law issue spotter that featured some of her famous friends. Definitely some appropriate 1L work. Now she’s taken to social media — both her Instagram stories and Twitter feeds — to explain why she was unable to live tweet along with Sunday night’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Seems someone had torts homework they had to keep up with.

Sacrificing TV time to study torts (and complaining about it)… sounds like a law student to me.
As Kim noted in a recent episode of KUWTK, her law school studies — which clock in at about 18 hours a week — come on top of her criminal justice reform efforts (as well as in addition to all of her business ventures). And, well, as her Insta also reveals, she’s still very active in working to get people out of jail.
