President Donald Trump, whose sole ideological goal is being not like President Barack Obama, is apparently pissed off, again, that Obama remains more popular than him by every conceivable measure. Apparently, Trump thinks Obama’s ongoing ownership of him is something that should be the subject of an entire Congressional inquiry. Or something.

To recap, the President of the United States would like to use the executive and legislative apparatus of the country to attack his political enemies, and the only reason it’s not bigger news is because we’re confident that everybody with the power to do his bidding will ignore him.
I’d call us a “Banana Republic” but those countries actually produce something.
