Lateral Link’s recruiters earn 50-85 percent ABOVE the market. Also, our Principals partake in real profit sharing. Our compensation formula also favors hard workers and high earners, and the more you make, the more you keep. Here’s a preview below of our compensation structure, not including bonuses and profit sharing.
