Welcome to the special bonus party, HoLove! It may have taken a few weeks, but the firm, which is currently rated Good on the Leopard Law Firm Index, has stepped up and matched the prevailing market rate for special bonuses.
Hogan Lovells announced appreciation bonuses today for their U.S. associates. To be eligible for the bonuses, associates need to bill 1850 hours annualized, which includes up to 150 pro bono hours and up to 50 hours for diversity and inclusion initiatives. And if folks miss the threshold for the spring payment, they’ll have an opportunity to make it up by the fall.

According to tipsters at the firm, associates are pretty happy with the announcement, especially considering the billable requirement is smaller than the typical year-end threshold:
