In addition to increasing the salary bases for all tiers, we are also currently undertaking a review of our associate and senior counsel bonus structure to ensure that we remain competitive. Our intent is to have a total compensation system that is both consistent and fair as well as meaningfully rewards our most productive associates.
On behalf of myself as well as our Firm’s leadership team and the Board of Partners, thank you for your incredible dedication and service to our firm. I would also like to thank our Associate Committee leaders for taking the time to meet with, and provide valuable input to, myself and our Vice Chairs.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Paul Giangola, a member of our Board, or me.
Best,
Ken
