The Harvard-educated lawyer has made headlines for his representation of Kyle Rittenhouse, the accused Kenosha shooter (though he was fired from that representation), and of Rudy Giuliani and Tulsi Gabbard. He also has the distinction of representing the most January 6th defendants of any other attorney, which include several Proud Boys.
Given the latest NBC polling data which says Republicans, particularly ardent Trump supporters, are dragging down the national vaccination rate, we probably shouldn’t be surprised that Pierce has been vocal on social media in his anti-vaccination stance. Last week, he tweeted, “All I know is the entire 82nd Airborne couldn’t make me get an experimental government vaccine stuck in my arm.”
