KRAMER LEVIN — MEMO — OFFICE REORIENTATION BEGINS NOV. 1
All New York Attorneys and Staff (via bcc):
As we announced at the last town hall, in preparation for our return to the office in January, we are planning for a reorientation period.
How Checkbox’s ‘Legal Front Door’ Can Transform Your Workflow
Leveraging agentic AI to triage, prioritize, and automate the law department inbox.
We will take reorientation in phases. The first phase will be November 1-12. During this period, you are strongly encouraged to come into the office at least one day of your choosing each week.
Our goal in reorientation is to support your return to the office and ensure that everyone is fully operational on January 4, 2022. We also hope that during this time you will reconnect with colleagues and meet new colleagues that joined the firm since March 2020.
Please be reminded that to come into the office, you must be fully vaccinated and have uploaded proof of vaccination in the Eden Health app. If you have any questions about vaccinations, please contact [redacted].
We understand that many of you may be feeling anxious about your return, particularly those in shared office space. In the next few days, we will be providing helpful guidelines on this and other details for making your reorientation a positive experience.

We are excited to welcome everyone back into a new hybrid work environment in January, and we hope our reorientation plans make it a smooth transition. Please reach out to Lauren Tapper or Cindy Arnold if you have any questions.
