How Lawyers Can Find Their North Star

You can be more than your job.

In this episode, I chat with Terrie Campbell, the Chief Executive Officer at Esquire Deposition Solutions, and we discuss how the pandemic has impacted the legal tech space and the biggest lessons of the past two years. Terrie shares why she believes it’s so challenging to embrace change, and what it means to find your personal North Star. Terrie also talks about whether it’s possible to actually achieve work/life balance in the Biglaw space, and why she established the Council for Action.

The Jabot podcast is an offshoot of the Above the Law brand focused on the challenges women, people of color, LGBTQIA, and other diverse populations face in the legal industry. Our name comes from none other than the Notorious Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the jabot (decorative collar) she wore when delivering dissents from the bench. It’s a reminder that even when we aren’t winning, we’re still a powerful force to be reckoned with.

Happy listening!
