Biglaw Firm Is Cooking Up Some Big Bonuses For Associates
Nothin' says lovin' like cold, hard cash.
It’s that time of the year when Biglaw bonus announcements are dropping like hot cakes. It seems like every firm is eager to show their associates some appreciation — and hopefully get them to stay put during a particularly active lateral market.
So, what’s baking over at Pillsbury Winthrop? Why, it’s a bonus announcement! Just like you wanted! With $723,452,000 in gross revenue in 2020 making it 62nd on the Am Law 100, the firm has the cash to spread around. And Pillsbury is doing just that, matching the market bonuses — in both the annual and special flavors that are making the rounds in Biglaw.
The scale, in case you’ve forgotten, is as follows:
Curbing Client And Talent Loss With Productivity Tech
Plus the firm’s “super bonus” program — where eligible associates can earn up to an additional $50,000 on top of these numbers — is still in effect.
