WINSTON & STRAWN — MEMO — SALARY RAISE 2022
We are pleased to announce that the Firm will be increasing the base salaries of our U.S. associates in good standing effective February 1, 2022. As associate base salary adjustments occur at the start of the Firm’s fiscal year (2/1 – 1/31), the below scale reflects what salaries would have adjusted to based on the prior salary scale, and what they will adjust to based on the new salary scale.

| 2015 | $350,000 | $370,000 |
| 2014+ | $365,000 | $385,000 |
Salaries for associates on reduced hour schedules will be adjusted in accordance with their reduced hours arrangement.
Please note that individual base compensation and bonus information will be communicated to associates on Friday, January 28, 2022.
