Big Raises Ahead For This Biglaw Firm

Of course the firm is stepping up with raises.

Well, raises are a sure fire way to warm the cockles of associate hearts.

Paul Hastings, a firm with over a billion dollars in revenue, making it #27 on the Am Law 100, has announced their own raises. And, you guessed it, the elite firm will be matching the prevailing market rate set by Milbank and Davis Polk.

The new associate compensation grid at the firm is as follows:

2014+ $396,500
2015 $381,000
2016 $360,500
2017 $335,000
2018 $293,500
2019 $250,000
2020 $225,000
2021 $215,000

The increases are retroactive to January 31 and applies to the U.S. and São Paulo offices.
