What’s More Important Than Matching Socks? Matching Salaries!

If your shoes and belt don't match after the pay increase, I'm judging you.

We are pleased to announce that the Firm will be adopting the Milbank/Davis Polk salary scale for the NY and DC offices.  Salary increases for Los Angeles, Miami, special counsel and off-track associates will be communicated to each attorney on an individualized basis consistent with past practice.  The salary increases will be retroactive to January 1, 2022, and payments will be processed by the March 31st payroll.
