DEBEVOISE — MEMO — 2022 SALARY INCREASE
As the market evolves, we are again increasing base salaries for some classes of associates. On behalf of the partners, I am pleased to announce that our base salaries for associates on the U.S. scale will be as follows retroactive to January 1, 2022:
2021: $215,000
2020: $225,000
2019: $250,000
2018: $295,000
2017: $345,000
2016: $370,000
2015: $400,000
2014: $415,000
2013 and senior: $425,000
Counsel on the U.S. scale and in good standing will receive base salary increases as determined on a case by case basis consistent with past practice.
These amounts will be included in the March 20, 2022 pay period for those in good standing at that time.
