ORRICK — MEMO — 2022 SALARY INCREASES
Team: As you are aware, over the past several weeks, the U.S. associate salary market moved several times. We appreciate your patience as we considered these developments.
Consistent with our commitment to being the best law firm to work for, we are increasing the U.S. associate base salary scale for all partner-track associates to the new scale below. These changes will go into effect with the March 31 payroll and will be retroactive to January 1.
For counsel, we will make base salary adjustments as appropriate as part of the annual compensation process – bonuses and any increases for counsel will be paid March 31, retroactive to January 1.
Our career associates and Orrick analytics project attorneys will also receive a salary increase retroactive to January 1.
