Top 30 Biglaw Firm Raises Associate Salaries For The Second Time This Week

Happy news for associates, once again!

PAUL HASTINGS — MEMO — 2022 SALARY INCREASE

As we indicated in our previous memorandum, we have seen unprecedented accomplishments and tireless work from you in support of our clients. In acknowledgement of this work and the ongoing dedication of you and your teams, we are pleased to announce increases to our associate salaries.

The full-time annualized pay scale for associates who are in good standing is listed below.  The U.S. associate salary increases are retroactive to January 31, 2022 and will be reflected in the March 11, 2022 paycheck. The International associate salary increases are retroactive to February 1, 2022 and will be reflected in local currency in accordance with March month-end payroll.
