Wright went on to note that this is the first time the high court has ever taken away a constitutional right, one that is “vital” to women’s healthcare. The firm has already notched a win in this battle after receiving a temporary restraining order against Louisiana’s “trigger laws,” which criminalized abortion in the state immediately after Roe’s reversal.
