Subject: 2022 Year-End BonusesDear US Associates,Hope you’re still energized from our amazing Associates’ Retreat and are working on your bucket list! In a continuation of the good vibes from our time together, I’m delighted to share our 2022 bonuses by compensation year (see below) for those who meet our standard bonus-eligible-hours threshold. We are always committed to paying at—and above—the Cravath scale for those who meet our reasonable threshold. As you know, we do not use a lockstep model and we choose to use an individual merit-based system endorsed by our Associates’ Committee and Firm leadership. This approach provides for substantial incremental bonuses for those who go above and beyond in terms of hours expectations and performance. In fact, about 65% of our Associates will earn above the Cravath scale. Our goal, as always, is to be as generous as possible for our amazing cohort. Bonuses will be paid out on December 29, 2022.
