Dear colleagues,
On December 27, the firm will be distributing December bonuses in the amounts indicated below to all associates in good standing who have met minimum billable hours expectations for 2022. In consideration of your exceptional contributions to the firm’s success over the last year, we are thrilled to once again be paying bonuses that are substantially above market at all associate class levels. More specifically, while the exact ratios vary by class level, our total bonuses across the associate classes this calendar year (spring plus end of year 2022) average more than twice (2x) the total “market” bonuses being paid by most other high-end firms this year.
Additionally, as part of our commitment to associates sharing in the financial success of the firm, we are also continuing our spring bonus program based in part on profit sharing. Under this program, all 2022 bonus-eligible individuals who remain associates in good standing will also receive a further supplemental bonus, beyond the amounts below, in April or May after the firm’s financials for fiscal year 2022 have closed.
