As the year approaches its close, we want to thank you again for your outstanding efforts and contributions to the firm, our clients, our communities and each other during 2022.
We are pleased to announce that we will be paying the following year-end bonuses to those partnership track associates on the U.S. scale who have met the firm’s 1900 creditable hour expectation. As in prior years, we will increase the bonuses listed below for those who have annualized creditable hours above that expectation. For those who did not meet the creditable hour expectation this year, bonuses will be reduced.

Bonuses for counsel and all other attorneys (including those on reduced schedules or who joined late in the year) are determined individually and will be communicated during your year-end meetings.
Bonuses will be paid by direct deposit on December 23, 2022. Attorneys must be employed by the firm on that date, and in good standing, to be eligible for the payment.
On behalf of the entire partnership, we want to thank all of you for your hard work and dedication this year. It is a privilege to work with such an extraordinary group of professionals.
