Woody said she was shocked by the verdict. Professor Minor Myers of the University of Connecticut School of Law told Reuters, “This is only going to embolden [Musk] to act as he sees fit.” Musk later thanked the jury on Twitter, writing, “Thank goodness, the wisdom of the people has prevailed.”
