Gwyneth Paltrow Walks Away With $1 Victory In Highly Publicized Ski Accident Trial

Alas, the news of her vindication was overshadowed by Trump's indictment.

Gwyneth Paltrow, in a statement read after the jury issued its verdict in her favor in her ski accident trial. Retired optometrist Terry Sanderson filed a $300,000 lawsuit against Paltrow, alleging that reckless skiing caused the 2016 accident. Paltrow countersued for $1 and her attorneys’ fees. Paltrow reportedly whispered “I wish you well” into Sanderson’s ear before leaving the courtroom.
