Rankings season is upon us, and in advance of the release of the indefinitely delayed 2024 U.S. News & World Report Law School Rankings, we’ve got some employment statistics for you to feast your eyes upon if working in Biglaw is your jam.
The American Bar Association recently released new employment data for the Class of 2022, and thanks to an analysis made by Reuters, we now know which law schools sent the highest percentage of graduates to firms of 251 or more lawyers.

- Cornell: 79.7%
- Columbia: 78.05%
- Northwestern: 68.3%
- Duke: 66.82%
- Penn: 65.65%
- UVA: 63.91%
- NYU: 63.85%
- Chicago: 63.13%
- USC Gould: 63.13%
- Michigan: 58.46%
