PI Firms Don’t Need More Tools. They Need Fewer.
Every new tool a PI firm buys solves one problem and connects nothing. The real fix isn't another purchase — it's keeping the whole case in one place, from accident to resolution. Here's how.
The case has been assigned to Judge Tanya S. Chutkan of the District Court for the District of Columbia.
Also of note: six unnamed co-conspirators are discussed in the indictment — the majority (5 of 6) of whom are attorneys. Which is perhaps unsurprising. According to the indictment, “The Defendant and co-conspirators used knowingly false claims of election fraud to get state legislators and election officials to subvert the legitimate election results and change electoral votes for the Defendant’s opponent, Joseph R. Biden, Jr., to electoral votes for the Defendant.”
Now comes the speculation as to the identity of the co-conspirators.

It seems likely Jeffrey Clark is co-conspirator 4. John Eastman is probably co-conspirator 2. For the rest of the attorneys implicated it’s a dealers choice of candidates including Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and Kenneth Chesebro.
Unsurprisingly, Trump has taken to social media to denounce the indictment, “Also, why are they putting out another Fake Indictment the day after the Crooked Joe Biden SCANDAL, one of the biggest in American history, broke out in the Halls of Congress??? A Nation In Decline!.”
This is a developing story we will be updating.
