Criminal indictments aren’t the only legal problems plaguing the former president. Donald Trump likes to use the legal system as a cudgel, filing all manner of frivolous cases to beat his enemies into submission. But after fucking around like that, it’s now time he finds out. And his comeuppance is taking the form of a 9-hour deposition.

The federal judge overseeing Donald Trump’s frivolous $500 million civil lawsuit against his former attorney Michael Cohen ordered that the disgraced ex-president must show up to be deposed on October 3rd at the time and location of Cohen’s choosing.
On Tuesday, we reported that Cohen had filed a new motion to compel Trump to provide the location and time for the October 3rd deposition.
Trump refused.
Consequently, Cohen and his legal team now hold all the cards, and the judge has given them free range to depose Trump for a maximum of 9 hours, Cohen revealed Thursday on the MeidasTouch Network’s Political Beatdown podcast.
Cohen knows the former president pretty well — he used to run in his inner circle — and is already predicting the issues this will create for Trump, and his attention span, “What I will say is that he has to appear at the at the location and at the time that we designate and we have him…for a maximum of 9 hours. I don’t know how he intends to sit — forget about 9 hours — the guy has the attention span of a peanut.”
