The popularity of remote work has made a big impact on candidates’ willingness to make a move. If candidates have a position that gives them more flexibility, they are reluctant to take a job requiring more time in the office.

The report states that job candidates are willing to work up to three days in the office but not more. “[W]e’ve seen serious pushback at the junior- to mid-level when companies press for more face time,” the report notes.
