We are pleased to announce year-end bonuses for eligible attorneys for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2024, to express our appreciation for the exceptional work you have continued to perform on behalf of our clients.
Year-end bonuses will be paid to attorneys who have delivered high-quality work and have met or exceeded the firm’s threshold requirement of 1,950 bonus-eligible hours.

As usual, bonus-eligible hours include client-chargeable, pro bono, firm-as-client, shadowing, and citizenship hours, as defined in the Associate Bonus Policy. Additionally, the first 40 hours of discretionary time off taken are credited as billable hours.
Prorations will be made with respect to partial-year employment, time on leave, and part-time status. Proration is waived for attorneys who have met the hours requirement on an absolute basis.
Bonuses will be paid on Wednesday, January 31.
Additionally, we are pleased to announce a new base salary schedule for on-track associates and Of Counsel in the firm’s U.S. offices effective February 1, 2024.
