The Firm is pleased to announce that in appreciation of all of your hard work and dedication to our clients, we will be paying special Spring bonuses to all associates and counsel based on the year of partnership consideration in the following amounts:

1st-year associates |
$2,500 |

2nd-year associates |
$5,000 |
|
3rd-year associates |
$10,000 |
|
4th-year associates |
$15,000 |
|
5th-year associates |
$20,000 |
|
6th-year associates and above (including counsel) |
$25,000 |
These bonuses will be paid to full-time associates and counsel in good standing who are employed with us on the date the bonus is paid and will be pro-rated for associates and counsel on current leaves of absence. Bonuses will be paid on March 31, 2025.
